R-Journey to Empowerment, LLC (Rashanee Green-Younger, LCSW)

Rashanee Green-Younger is the CEO and Founder of R-Journey to Empowerment, LLC. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Human Development and Family Studies, from the University of Connecticut (Storrs). Rashanee also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Social Work and has been licensed in the State of Connecticut for over 10 years. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Rashanee continues to be dedicated to improving the lives of others. Her goal is to empower individuals and families in helping them overcome various challenges, promoting social justice, and advocating for the rights of vulnerable and marginalized populations. She has been working in social services for over twenty years and has experience working with various populations including, but not limited to; adults, children, familial units, individuals involved in the criminal justice system and those experiencing severe mental and emotional distress. Most importantly, Rashanee has integrated her personal and professional experiences to create a brand which will provide critical tools for the social and emotional well-being of individuals and their families. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Rashanee is devoted to improving the lives of others by incorporating a strength based approach.
